Good introduction to investing in existent estate - or should I say multifamily. Not complicated and doesn't get into the super nitty gritty, merely covers enough data in a uncomplicated way to assist with the nuts. I disagree with Cardone's philosophy in multifamily existence the only real estate investment worth having, but he makes off-white arguments. The only good point is reasons to invest in the real estate market. Even and so he's selling yous the idea of "investing" through him by using fancy words like greenbacks flow, income, leverage.

The volume is basically him saying "I'1000 rich, you're not, I can do things you tin can't with my money, invest through me and you'll be rich too." Terrible

This volume is very informative in the procedure of ownership rentals and what to look for. He scratches the surface on using HELOC to purchase more and more rentals over time and also in forming partnerships to have more capital to be able to invest. Beloved Grant Cardone and his books merely this was non his best work.

Quick read and pretty basic (not likewise basic but not over your head either) real manor info. Grant is really big on buying apartments which makes sense when you think well-nigh it from a cash menstruum perspective like he does. While this isn't The 10X Rule (one of my all time favorite books of his), this one is a quick must read.
